저역시 영문 넷스케이프의 JDK 1.1 패치가 잘못되었다는 느낌입니다.
fromUni12 메쏘드가 동작했다는 것은 KSC5601 코드 변환
클래스는 설치되어있다는 것을 의미하지만,
완전한 한글 환경으로 설치가 되었는지 의심스럽군요.


체크 리스트
1. 윈도우즈의 제어판의 언어가 한국어로 설정되어 있는가?


2. http://calab.kaist.ac.kr/~dtkim/java/example/i18n/SystemPropertyTest.html
을 방문하였을 때, 다음과 동일한 결과가 나오는가?

관련 소스코드를 모두 웹에 올려놓으시면 직접 확인해보겠습니다.
