Hello,

If you want to study computer programming, the first thing I suggest is to get a PC if you can afford have one.

Next thing that you want to do is to download free Java and/or C compilers. Even the commercial compilers are cheap enough for anybody to afford.

Thirdly, you need to give yourself a few computer programming assignments. Just small but interesting ones such as your home budget database, may be a simple computer game or two, etc...

As you do all these, don't be lazy to read computer books. If you wish to learn English as well, perhaps, you might need to download or buy some online computer books, printed books, and/or tutorials written in English.

I recommend my staves to read at least three computer books in two months not including computer periodicals.

Of course, if you can afford to so, coming to English speaking country to study for a couple of years will definitely help your English.

Anyway, no matter what you do, MOTIVATION is the KEY.

I hope this helps you a little.
