I might be wrong but I don't think it is possible in Java alone when Java frames are mingled with other native Windows windows. You'll probably have to do JNI programming to call Windows API to adjust the z-order by passing a frame title.


You can get a frame title by using the yourFrame.getTitle() method, though.
